AutoMetrics has developed an automated process monitoring system for quality control in industrial manufacturing. By monitoring processes like welding, cutting, machining and other complex and vital processes in real time, Autometrics facilitates real time quality control monitoring that improves upon existing sampling-based approaches to QC.

Most Industrial Quality Control is done manually, by sampling batches of products. While this has been the state of the art, it is inadequate because quality control inspectors cannot inspect every item that is manufactured - they can only sample a very small proportion of manufactured products. AutoMetrics enables QC on 100% of production.
